We are the only all-Adirondack FCS-certified manufacturers of the classic-style Adirondack chairs. Shop in our outlet store for our many furniture lines, all made of peeled cedar logs. Find beds, benches, rocking chairs, and tables of all sizes, as well as blankets and pillows at factory direct prices. Tour our workshop by appointment.

2. South Meadow Farm Maple Sugarworks
Lake Placid area - On High Peaks Byway Scenic Trail
This family run, state-of-the-art, maple sugar house offers all grades of maple syrup in many size jugs and glass containers. You can also purchase the makings for fine pancakes, as well as maple candies, creams, and sugars. Come and visit the sugarhouse and lodge and enjoy some of the most spectacular views in the Adirondacks.

One of the founding members of the Artists’ League of Lake Placid, Louise’s striking representional paintings are inspired by the landscapes, people, and architecture of the region. She often paints on her deck overlooking the wooded pond below. Her works are also on exhibit at the Hughes Art Gallery in the Library on Main Street.
